his May 20th, we celebrated World HR Day, a date that recognizes the work of all the people who help build teams, drive talent and support the growth of organizations from within. At Lacor Textil, we wanted to celebrate this day by doing exactly what we believe in most: connecting people, talent and opportunities.
Our Human Resources team took part in two key events for the sector, actively participating in spaces where knowledge is shared, new connections are created and the future of employment and training is promoted.
SOMOS · Aragón HR Day 26
One of these events was SOMOS · Aragón HR Day 26, organized by Ayanet Recursos Humanos, a leading event for HR professionals in Aragón.
During the event, Gorka Calderón Mendoza, Head of Human Resources at Lacor Textil, took part as a speaker, sharing our vision of people management. Because for us, HR is not just about processes or numbers. It is about listening, supporting, growing and being committed to the people who are part of the team every day.
II Feria de Empleo Metalízate
In addition, we were also present at the 2nd Metalízate Employment Fair, organized by Lacor Formación-Ordesactiva together with the Federación de Empresas del Metal de Zaragoza. An event that once again proved that opportunities arise when training, companies and talent move forward together.
