At Lacor Textil, we have taken a new step in our commitment to the people who are part of our company. We have joined the Government of Aragon and CEOE Aragón in a project that will officially recognize the professional skills our team has acquired throughout their careers, both through their experience and informal learning.
This initiative, part of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, reinforces our commitment to training and continuous professional development.
Thanks to this agreement, our employees will be able to officially certify the skills they put into practice every day, from logistics in our warehouses to manufacturing operations. This includes tasks such as order organization and dispatch, sewing and joining, and auxiliary functions that ensure our work is always efficient and high-quality.
Recognizing these skills not only represents an individual benefit for each person, but also a fundamental step in further professionalizing and strengthening our team.
The accreditation process will be carried out within the ongoing open call regulated by Royal Decree 659/2023, which establishes the procedures and deadlines for the assessment and certification of competencies. Each registration will be processed within a maximum period of six months and will conclude with the issuance of the corresponding accreditation, which will officially reflect the experience and skills of our staff.
At Lacor Textil, we will assist our employees in their registration process, facilitate certification of their work experience, and provide them with the necessary resources to participate in the assessments.
This agreement will be initially valid for four years, with the possibility of extension, and represents a further step in our strategy to nurture, recognize, and enhance internal talent.
At Lacor Textil, we firmly believe that investing in the professionalization of our team is investing in the future of the company and in the development of the Aragonese textile sector as a whole. This project reinforces our vision of shared growth: for the people, the company, and the industrial fabric of Aragon.
