Learning together at the Impulsa Training School
We recently celebrated the first anniversary of the Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce’s Impulsa Training School. It was a special day, during which we shared experiences with representatives from various companies in the city, learning about innovative educational methodologies, professional development strategies, and tools that enhance continuous learning.
Participating in events like this is essential for us. It allows us to gain inspiration, improve our internal training programs, and, above all, foster collaboration among all our team members. Every idea we bring back from these meetings helps us strengthen our culture of continuous improvement and offer new growth opportunities to every person at Lacor Textil.
Inspiration and transformation at the Endalia and Teamtailor HR event
We also had the opportunity to attend an event organized by Endalia and Teamtailor, where our Head of Operations and HR, Gorka Calderón Mendoza, presented how we work daily to improve our employee experience and digitize our processes.
It was an enriching opportunity for discussion with other industry professionals, where loyalty, innovation, and digital transformation were discussed.
Reaching out to young talent at JobFest
We participated in the 13th edition of JobFest, an event organized by the Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce and Integra designed to connect young people with the job market. More than 2,000 people had the opportunity to learn about our project and discover all the opportunities we offer alongside 70 other companies.
