March 8, 2026 – International Women’s Day is a date that reminds us that equality between women and men remains a social and workplace challenge. At Lacor Textil, we see this day as an opportunity to reinforce our commitment to equal opportunities, the recognition of talent, and fair access to responsibilities within the company.
Currently, women represent 60.97% of our workforce, with a strong presence at all levels of the organization. In the area of direct labor, 63% of the team are women, while in middle management their presence reaches 50%, and within the company’s corporate structure they represent 55%.
Equality is also reflected in access to responsibility. 63% of leadership positions are held by women, and 22 women are currently leading teams, representing 59% of the company’s leadership roles.
The department with the highest female presence is Production, where many professionals play a key role in the company’s daily operations.
On this 8M, Lacor Textil reaffirms the importance of continuing to build work environments where equality is real, measurable, and sustainable, because moving toward a fairer society also begins in the workplace.
That is why today we want to give visibility to many of the women who are part of our team—women who, through their daily work, inspire, lead, and make Lacor Textil possible.
We would also like to recognize and express our gratitude, because behind every statistic and every figure there are stories, effort, and dedication. Every woman at Lacor Textil brings talent, passion, and humanity to our day-to-day work, and it is their energy that allows our company to keep growing and improving.
