On April 4, we participated in the Inaugural Day of Talent Aragón Joven Zaragoza 2025, a program promoted by Heraldo de Aragón that highlights the emerging talent of our community and seeks to strengthen the links between companies and young professionals.
This programme, which is now in its seventh edition, recognises young Aragonese people with projection in areas such as innovation, culture, sport, research, business and social commitment. In addition to giving them visibility, it brings them closer to companies like ours, which firmly believe in the power of new generations to transform the future.
During the day, we participated in a round table with other leading companies such as Aramón, CIRCE, Carreras and Endalia, where we shared our vision on two major topics:

Next phases of the project
The Young Aragon Talent program is not alone on the opening day. Throughout the month of April, the finalists continue their training with intensive workshops on the 8th, 9th and 10th, taught by professors and consultants from ESIC and the San Jorge University. These sessions are designed to strengthen key competencies of the current professional environment and accompany the participants in the development of their personal brand, which they will work on as part of the final project “Postwork”. After this formative phase, it is time for selection. Until May 6, the companies that are part of the program evaluate the candidates and select those who will receive a scholarship to start their professional career.
The final touch of the project will take place on May 22, in the Crown Hall of the Pignatelli Building, with the presentation of diplomas to the 50 finalists and the official communication of those selected for this VIII Edition of Young Aragon Talent. A great event to celebrate the effort, enthusiasm and potential of a new generation.
