Lacor Textil is a division of Grupo Lacor and is considered one of the best auxiliary companies in the textile industry in Aragon. Its activity began in 2014 and currently manages more than 20 million garments per year. Given its large volume of business and the rapid growth of the company, it has a highly qualified staff composed of more than 300 employees, being able to reach up to 450 collaborators in times of production.
To meet the needs and requirements of LacorTextil, the implementation of Softmachine’s Tempo.Net solution was proposed to allow them to accurately obtain the correct calculation of payroll variables based on the clockings that employees make through biometric and proximity terminals SMX3Bio. The company has morning, afternoon and night shifts, plus a 4th shift that allows them to reduce administrative work, in addition to managing absenteeism.
The system was parameterized to resolve during every day of the year, the holiday bonuses per day or by proportional parts to the hours worked, the night bonuses, the different overtime and the incidences and forgetfulness due to the lack of marking of the employees. These variables are exported to the payroll program with which the company works, as well as the employee registrations and cancellations.
In a second phase, the tasks module was implemented in certain sections in order to obtain productivity data. All modules are installed on Lacor Textil servers and are managed via WEB through the corporate network.
